PeopleTrust offers services to private and non-profit housing developers through implementing, marketing, financing, and managing shared equity housing, including deed restricted housing and community land trusts.

PeopleTrust assists developers and builders who utilize incentive programs provided by local agreements. Within the City of Austin these incentives programs include vertical mixed-use (VMU) and S.M.A.R.T. Housing, as well as other programs.

PeopleTrust accepts donations of property for affordable housing development and provides developers with a charitable deduction.
