PeopleFund offers existing and qualified start-up ventures flexible financing products. These loans can be used for equipment, real-estate acquisition, working capital or leasehold improvements.

Term Loans
Loan Amount: $20,000 up to $200,000 (Qualified Existing Ventures)
Interest Rates: 8% to 13%
Term of Note: up to 5 Years (With Amortizations up to 15 Years)
Fees: 2% of loan at closing plus fees for legal documents, credit checks, and other ancillary fees

Commercial Real Estate Loans (East Austin Only)
Loan Amount: $20,000 to $200,000
Interest Rates: 8% to 10%
Term of Note: 5 year balloon with amortization schedules up to 25 years
Fees: 2% of loan at closing plus fees for legal documents, credit checks, and other ancillary fees

Revolving Lines of Credit
Loan Amount: $20,000 to $200,000 (Qualified Existing Ventures)
Interest Rates: 10% to 13%
Term of Note: Up to 18 Months (Renewable at End of Term)
Fees: 2% of loan at closing plus fees for legal documents, credit checks, and other ancillary fees
